How to Change Password on Remote Computer

In most cases when running a standard RDP session CTRL + ALT + END will work but when connecting to a client via a Citrix Session and using an elevated Run As account.  I was unable to bring up the “Change a Password” option.  

To fix this I launched the On Screen Keyboard (OSK.exe) then on the Host computer I held down CTRL + ALT then on the On Screen Keyboard click on DEL
